Beautiful pale and luminous robe with a eau-de-rose hue, enhanced by hints of peach and melon.
Elegant and refined, the nose opens with floral notes of linden and jasmine, gradually evolving into delicate aromas of vineyard peach and watermelon.
On the palate, this wine captivates with its vibrant energy, supported by a mineral backbone that adds depth and tension. Bright citrus and tangy red fruit notes balance the wine’s natural fruitiness. Expressive and harmoniously balanced, it lingers beautifully on the finish.
Grenache Noir, Syrah, Cinsault and a touch of Semillon and Rolle.
Clay-limestone soil, red earth, areas of gravel and flint. 350 – 400m altitude.
Direct pressing, cold alcoholic fermentation, vinification and maturation in stainless steel and concrete vats. Aged for several weeks on fine lees.
12.5% vol.
Ingredients: Grapes, Preservatives (Sulphites), Acidity regulators (contains Lactic acid and/or Malic acid and/or Tartaric acid), Stabilizing agents (contains Gum arabic and/or Carboxymethylcellulose).
