Red Wine Château d’Estoublon 2019 – PDO Baux-de-Provence: Wine with a garnet-red color. The nose is powerful, with notes of prune and smashed blackberry underlined by hints of chocolate, roasted cocoa, sweet spices and cedar. On the palate, it is powerful and concentrated, reflecting the characteristics of this hot, dry vintage, underpinned by characterful tannins. Contains sulphites.

White Wine Domaine d’Estoublon 2020 – PGI Alpilles: On the nose, this wine offers remarkable aromatic intensity freshness, with aromas of yellow fruit aromas and white flowers, underlined with a hint of aniseed. On the palate, the attack is clean and mineral. Notes of yellow peach and vanilla blend harmoniously. The finish subtly spicy (cinnamon) with delicate nuances. Contains sulphites.

Koroneiki Olive Oil: Koroneiki develops intense and fruity flavours with notes of green apples, sweet tomato leaves and freshly cut grass.

Truffle Flavour Olive Oil: Very intense on the palate, combining the flavours of olive oil and fresh black truffle. Balanced and intense, with musky, undergrowth notes.

Ingredients:

• Koroneiki Olive Oil: Organic extra virgin olive oil, cold extracted. Superior category olive oil obtained directly from olives and solely by mechanical means.
• Truffle Flavour Olive Oil: extra virgin olive oil 96.9% (EU origin), black truffle flavouring 2%, natural black truffle extract 1.1%.

Store in a cool, dark place.
