Red Wine Vinegar Spray: A harmony of round, generous flavors. A unique balance of aroma and acidity. This vinegar is ideal as a dressing for tomato or goat’s cheese salads, or as a marinade for red meats. It’s also ideal for enhancing oysters, shellfish and gazpacho.

Ingredients:

• Olive Oil Spray: Organic extra virgin olive oil, cold extracted. Superior category olive oil obtained directly from olives and solely by mechanical means.
• Vinegar Spray: Organic red wine vinegar. Acidity 6%. Contains sulphites.
