Red Wine La Réserve 2023 – PGI Méditerranée: A purplish-red colour. On the nose, aromas of black fruits such as plum and crushed strawberry are underlined by fresh notes of morello cherry. Elegant on the palate, with mellow tannins and spicy notes. Contains sulphites.

White Wine La Réserve 2023 – PGI Méditerranée: This wine presents a brilliant yellow hue. The delicate lemony nose is complemented by notes of boxwood, peach and apricot. The palate is in keeping with the nose, showing a lovely lively acidity that sets offs the notes of fresh, pear-like fruit. Contains sulphites.

Koroneiki Olive Oil: Koroneiki develops intense and fruity flavours with notes of green apples, sweet tomato leaves and freshly cut grass.

Red Wine Vinegar: A harmony of round, generous flavors and a unique balance between aroma and acidity. Contains sulphites.

Ingredients:

• Koroneiki Olive Oil: Organic extra virgin olive oil, cold extracted. Superior category olive oil obtained directly from olives and solely by mechanical means.
• Red Wine Vinegar: Organic red wine vinegar. Acidity 6%. Contains sulphites.
